Welcome to the Living with the Land Foundation. Our work is rooted in sharing and preserving Secwépemc knowledge, cultural teachings, and land-based ways of living for future generations. Through ceremony, workshops, gatherings, and intergenerational learning, we create spaces for healing, connection, and cultural revitalization.
Rooted in the vision of Secwépemc Elder Minnie Kenoras, guided by our Secwépemc Elders and community, Living with the Land brings together youth, families, residential school survivors, and community members to reconnect with the land through traditional teachings, harvesting, food preparation, cultural arts, and ceremony.
We believe culture is meant to be lived, shared, and carried forward — strengthening community, identity, and the connection between past, present, and future.
